As of today, 1/5/13, I weigh 146 pounds, and am past
my goal of 157 pounds, which is the ideal weight for me
medically, considering my frame and height. By the
way, it took me only about a year to lose the weight.

By the way, before you begin any weight loss program please make sure to get approval from your
medical doctor. I am not a certified nutritionist or doctor, but got my education from the beauty school
many years ago and continue to do research on matters pertaining to health, particularly for women.
I have begun, like I said I would, to post my favorite and proven healthy diet tips that helped me shed nearly 100
pounds! But, like most of us, I will probably always have to watch my weight. However, as of today, I have
passed my goal weight of 157 pound and now weigh in at 146 pounds! I have went from a size 28 to a size 8. It is
very exciting and I feel great and have not been this small in size since I was a teen! The best news is that I have
done it without any drugs or medicine but by gentle exercise and eating right. I could not have done it without
strength from God via prayer, His Word, and His Holy Spirit.
